Fly Friday #158 The Lagartun GT FLY Blue, Tan and Chartreuse by Dennis Gamboa

This week's Fly Friday comes from PRO-Team member Dennis Gamboa and it's The Lagartun GT FLY Blue, Tan and Chartreuse...

Designed to imitate a variety reef fish, goatfish and needlefish species.

I used this extensively on Christmas Island for chasing Giant trevally. The tubing is very unique, designed with 3 different materials, to give it color, texture and rigidity. It's light weight design and water shedding properties makes for casting. I developed this pattern 4 years ago for fly guys fishing the Baja waters for roosters, dorado and jacks.

It's now a great pattern for fishing Giant Trevally.
